What you can do here

Track how learners are doing — completion, time spent and scores — and spot where they get stuck. Analytics requires a Professional or Enterprise plan.

On a free or starter plan

You'll see a Professional Plan Required screen. Click ✨ Upgrade to Professional to unlock learner progress, detailed analytics and engagement metrics.

Track learner progress

Once unlocked, use the dashboard to:

1. See per-learner completion status, progress %, time spent and score breakdown for each course or evaluation.
2. Review course engagement — enrollments, completion rates and average scores.
3. Find drop-off points — the slide or block where learners tend to stop — so you know exactly what to fix.

Focus the data

Filter by:

• Course / evaluation / learning path
• Date range
• Group or individual learner

Tips

• Look at drop-off points first — they point straight to the content that needs improving.
• Compare completion rates across courses to learn what's working.
• Filter by group to report on a specific team or cohort.
